Personal Data
Personal data are information that can be used to determine your identity. For example, these include information regarding your name or address. This does not apply to information that cannot be directly associated with specific individuals. Basically, you can use our online offer without disclosing your identity. When participating in one of our personalized services, you will be asked separately for such data as are required to complete the services. It is your free decision to participate in these services and enter the appropriate information.
Your information is stored on specially protected servers in Germany. Access is only possible for the necessary number of specially authorized persons who are responsible for the technical, commercial and editorial support of data and servers. Use of Cookies
This website uses so-called cookies. These are text files that a server stores onto your computer. They contain information about browser, IP address, operating system and the Internet connection. We do not disclose this information to third parties or link it to personal data without your consent. Cookies fulfill two main tasks: They help us facilitate navigation through our offer and allow for the correct presentation of the website. They are not used to plant viruses or initiate programs.

The pages (USA) and (Europa) let you administrate cookies of online-ads.

This offer uses the tool "Webalizer". This is a web analysis software for the statistical evaluation of the user access to the offer. "Webalizer" creates based on the date of the server log files overviews of, for example, number of hits, file/page requests, KBytes, visits etc.

Data Minimization
Personal data are stored according to the principles of data avoidance and data economy only as long as necessary or required by law (statutory retention period). If the purpose of the information collected has been dispensed with or the retention period has ended, we block or delete such data.

Your Rights to Disclosure, Correction, Suspension, Cancellation and Objection
Upon request, you have the right to request information free of charge about the personal data stored by us, and/or to request correction, blocking or deletion. Exceptions: This concerns the data storage required for business transactions or if the data are subject to the statutory retention requirement. For these purposes, please contact our Data Protection Officer (contact details: at the end of the privacy policy). To be able to provide a data lock at any time, it is necessary to keep the data for control purposes in a lock file. If there is no statutory filing requirement, you may also request deletion of these data. Otherwise we will block the data if you so desire.

Change of Our Privacy Policy
To ensure our privacy policy always complies with current legal requirements, we reserve the right to make changes at any time. This also applies in the event that the privacy policy has to be adapted due to new or revised services, e.g. new services. The new privacy policy will then take effect when you next visit our offer.
